iQOO 13 to launch in India today: How to watch livestream and what to expect

Vivo’s sub-brand, iQOO, will unveil its flagship, the iQOO 13, in India today. But even before the launch, the company teased several details about it. The iQOO 13 is powered by a Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset and will compete against other flagship models, like the Realme GT 7 Pro and OnePlus 13. Under the hood, it packs a 6,000mAh battery, smaller than the Chinese counterpart with 6,150mAh. While the company has revealed several specs, a bunch of features are yet to be unwrapped. These details will only be revealed after the launch. Let’s take a look at where to watch the livestream.
The iQOO 13 is set to launch in India at 12PM IST, with the event streaming live on its official YouTube channel and social media platforms. After the launch, the iQOO 13 will be available for purchase on Amazon. Reports suggest that the starting price of the iQOO 13 in India could be below Rs 60,000, making it potentially the most budget-friendly Snapdragon 8 Elite smartphone in the country.
The company has confirmed a bunch of details around the iQOO 13.
The iQOO 13 is confirmed to feature a 2K AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate and LTPO technology for dynamic refresh rate adjustments. It will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite processor, coupled with a Supercomputing Chip Q2 to boost gaming performance. For gaming enthusiasts, the phone offers 2K Game Super Resolution for better visuals, 144 fps frame interpolation for smoother gameplay, and various optimisations for an enhanced gaming experience. Additionally, a vapour chamber cooling system will keep the device cool during heavy usage.
In terms of photography, the iQOO 13 comes with a 50-megapixel Sony IMX921 primary sensor, a 50-megapixel telephoto lens, and a 50-megapixel ultra-wide lens. The front camera is a 32-megapixel selfie shooter. The Indian variant is equipped with a 6,000mAh battery that supports 120W wired fast charging.
The design features a distinctive “Monster Halo” light effect around the camera module, which serves as a notification indicator for calls, messages, and charging. The phone will be available in two colour options: Nardo Grey, inspired by Italian racetracks, and the Legend Edition with BMW Motorsport’s signature tri-colour stripe. Additionally, the iQOO 13 is IP69 rated for dust and water resistance.
Running on Android 15 with FunTouchOS 15, the device will receive four Android updates and five years of security patches.
